Warm-up

  • 75 jumping jacks
  • Jog 5-10 minutes
  • Dynamic warm-up – 3 moves at 25 yards

Main set

  • 400 yards (1 lap)
  • 2 minutes rest
  • 800 yards (2 laps)
  • 2 minutes rest
  • 1200 yards (3 laps)
  • 2 minutes recovery
  • 10-30 burpees.
