- cup frozen strawberries
- 1/2 fresh or frozen banana
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- 1 1/2 cups coconut milk
- 3 tablespoons ground flaxseeds
- Pinch of sea salt
- Add frozen strawberries, banana, coconut milk, flaxseeds, and salt to blender.
- Blend for 20-30 seconds.
- Add coconut oil and blend again until smooth.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy.
